Dell Inspiron 6000 - Laptop Fan Issue

Hi Guys
I Need Help here
I have Dell Inspiron 6000, My Laptop gets heated more than Normal. I am not sure why. I think it's the Fan problem. How can I Fix the Fan issue. Is there any software to fix the issue.

As mentioned above, clean out the fans. Using a can of compressed air works best. Other than than, make sure the laptop is well ventilated so that airflow is maximised, which will cut down heat (one of those notebook platforms with built in fans, or even just a bottlecap under each end at the back would help). Also, you can use the following software to more closely monitor and control the fans:
