Notebooks with anti-glare screens???

Thread Starter
I'm looking to buy a notebook PC with an anti-glare screen, because I really don't like the glossy screens. This is for business use, not entertainment and multimedia.

They seem to be getting rare. In fact the only one I can find, that's available to the general public, is the Lenova Thinkpad. This is truly a sad state of affairs. The Thinkpads are fine machines but I hate to think this is my only choice. Am I missing any?

And what is your experience with the anti-glare filters, like from 3M? I bet they look and perform poorly.

Thanks for your help.

HI
You could always get stickable think almost-transparent screens for laptops u like.It looks good too.

I have one for LCD of desktop where I play a lot.It does help. But if you want to get a built it,it would be expensive if I am right and I don't know if there are differences.

U could go to a store and have a look at both.

You must not have looked too hard. Nearly every Dell comes with an anti-glare screen standard and the glossy screen as a free upgrade.
