Sager 5972/3 800MHz Memory? Ever?

So 4GB OCZ DDR2 800MHz ram is <$100. Anyone happen to know if Sager/Clevo will support 800MHz memory via BIOS update? Seems strange to limit a board to 667mhz when you have high end Penryns and 8800M GTX's. It's not like 800mhz operation is bleeding edge at this point. I can understand shipping the cheaper 667mhz modules, but allowing the user to upgrade would be great. It at least couldn't hurt gaming performance.

I thought the 667MHz was a limitation of the chipset and do not believe any bios update will fix that. I could be wrong though.

"Support for dual channel DDR2-667 MHz memory technology"

The PC2-800 stuff OCZ makes is designed for (a)overclockers and (b)future proofing.

Sigh, and it would be such an easy way to gain a bit of performance since as you run 4GB + and can turn off HD page file you are constantly hitting ram :-(
