The 65nm G94 chip seems to be to MSI's liking as the company is planning at least four cards based on it. What Micro-Star International will serve us in addition to 256 and 512 MB card based on Nvidia's design is a 1GB GeForce 9600 GT and an overclocked version with 512 MB of memory.

The first three cards mentioned above will have identical clocks - 650, 1625 and 1800 MHz for the GPU, 64 Stream Processors and GDDR3 memory respectively while the OC edition will be set to 700/1750/1900 MHz. Also, for the 1GB and the OC models MSI is set on using some custom cooling which comes in the form of a dual-slot solution with a nice big fan, two heatpipes and a transparent casing that will cover the whole of the PCB. The downside of the two cards will probably be price which is likely to be over $200. The ETA for the first cards is February 21st.
