You could always find what this error code corresponded to or run the diagnostic test.

if it doesnt start u cant run diagnostic test.

As said before i should pull out the ram and clean the connectors and insert them again.

When I got that error on my e1705, I had to get my 7900 GS card replaced by Dell.

Sounds like you have a bad memory chip. Try booting up with only 1 of the 2 chips then try the other... on of them should error or not work. You can also run the Dell Diagnostics to test the memory. If you call Dell support they are going to walk you through this process before replacing anyway (if under warranty).
Figure out which is the bad chip, leave it out and you can use your system until the other chip is replaced.

The NMI Parity Error is a pretty generic error. It covers a wide range of devices afaik. Of course, coupling the error with some symptoms of the machine helps narrow the causes but it could still be an unrelated device causing the problem.

Happened to me... my fix: push the RAM all the way in. I'd tinkered with it and not completely placed the RAM back in.
