I would disagree, completecare warranty makes a huge difference to me when buying used. I really hate buying any used Dells without a completecare. The office/vista bit isn't going to influence my purchase though.

Welcome to the NBF!!If you want a quicker sale,drop it down to $1,000.Because I have seen XPS M1710 with CC on Ebay for $1,200 these days.But,a bump for a nice notebook.
