I have the right settings in the BIOS, Dell QucikSet is running.

I try to emulate the Fn key on my external keyboard, I press ScrollLock + arrow up to change the brightness of the LCD, but it doesn't work..

the keyboard is a new Logitech Ultra x-flat

please help
