How to disable touchpad click?

Hi all,
Anyone know how to disable the touchpad click on the Inspiron 6400? I'd still like to be able to move the mouse with the touchpad, just don't need the tap click feature...any advice?

sound or tap?

and its in the options once you install the touchpad software

i'd just like to disable the tap on the touchpad, but keep the scrolling intact...i can't find any options to do this in the control panel...

where do you find the touchpad options? it's not under the mouse settings...
