I seem to be getting performance on Gears of War with the 130watt brick compared to the 90w one. Does it matter if I dont OC my 7900 gs. Also does OCin your video card and then running the windows rating to make it higher and then reverting back to stock speed but the higher rating stays do anything to games? I'm also using the 169.09s.

Power brick matter if no OC?

The 130w power brick is better simply because the 90w brick tends to be at its limit with the 7900 GS, and certainly can't handle a 79x0 GTX.
If you're not overclocking, no, it shouldn't matter, but the 90w brick, again, is at its limits with the E1705 anyways. The 130w brick is the better choice. You may be receiving better performance because of the greater power headroom that the 130w power brick allows.
As far as the Vista WEI, it isn't going to be affected by overclocking, and if it is, it's not by much. WEI doesn't mean that much anyways.
