CPU upgrade for PCG-7D2L (VGN-FS740/W)

Hi folks-

I've got a Vaio PCG-7D2l (aka VGN-FS740/W) and I'm upgrading the memory in it. I figured while I was at it, I'd upgrade the CPU, too.

Notebook upgrades are a whole new thing for me, so I'm hoping that I could get some advice here.

How do I figure out what sort of motherboard/chipset I have?
