Vista dual boot question

Hi,

Here is my current setup. I have three partitions, two of them being logical drives.
The first and primary partition contains a version of XP that I use at home.

It also contains NTLDR and boot.ini. The second partition is an XP installation that I use at work.

The third is a data volume that contains both work and home data.

It is imperative that I can dual boot in order to use the work version of XP.

I have tried to install Vista Ultimate x64 to replace the home XP, only to realise that it completly erased ntldr and boot.ini
and that I was now not able to boot the work version of XP.

(I guess this is normal for Vista)

Can someone help in order to get this setup working ? Tools I have: Acronis Disk Director 10 including Acronis OS Selector.

Restriction I have: I cannot re-install the work version of XP. It has to stay as it is now.

Thanks in advance !
