Textmate for Windows

For HTML and PHP I love using textmate for an editor. However my wife saw me using it and wanted one for her Windows notebook. I remember using a similar program for Windows but for the life of me I can't remember what it was.

So I was wondering if there were any suggestions for a textmate type editor out there I could load on her Windows computer.
