Interesting, Ive been an on and off visitor of their site for about 8 years and have generally found them very respectable and above reproach, the main site guys that is, I have no idea what kind of yokels run their boards.

These guys have called out the crooks behind the Phantom game console, that stupid GTA Coffee Mod lawyer, even NV and ATI when they pulled shady practices.

I may have not always 100% agreed w/ their oppinions, but even in disagreement only gained more respect for them. Its a shame neone here got banned, my oppinion aside, they really are in the top top echelon of respected gaming sites by general concensus of the public and the other top sites. (PS they have a hell of a folding team too )

benchmarks are more for bregging rights...I have seen computers with real high marks not play intense games very well while I have seen ones with poor marks just rock in almost all games...I dont put much faith in bench-marks,,,my laptop had great bench-marks but couldnt play medal of honor airborne at all ..while my desktop with lower specs and not so high bench-marks just scream through the game........so in my opinon if ya like to brag....bench-marks are for ya...if ya like to play games.....dont put to much faith in bench-marks...you could be disapointed like I was

absolutely correct...Benchmarks are a nice idea of your comps power but not a set in stone of actual performance, while my rig isn't the best, it can't handle Flight Sim X to save its life....I have the settings turned to like medium or so at 1920x1200 and in airports and stuff im lucky to hit 22fps...Maybe its bad coding I dunno?

Surfing the webz and came across this site, a whole slew of mobile cards (108) with benchmarks/breakdowns of vertex-pixel shaders/core-mem speeds etc, I thought this thread would be the appropriate one.

Edit: If its not the right spot feel free to move it.
