Fujitsu P7120 issue

I just got this in yesterday, and the icons flash/flicker every 10 seconds, they go from normal then some tiny tiny arrow thats curved up shows

any way to get rid of this or resolve this? ive never once seen this with any other laptop ive owned

nm, was windows updates making it blink so much and have the arrows change

was this a used one? u might want to contemplate a complete reinstall?

came with new install, bought it off the forums, it was updating like mad crazy so i didnt realize thats what was causing it
