Adapters for travelling in Europe

Thread Starter
Coming from Canada, going to Eastern Europe. Mostly Germany, Poland, Czech, Ukraine, Hungary, Romania, etc. What would I need to be able to plug my 5680 in? Pretty sure I need adapters for the plug, but can my power supply handle whatever it is those countries might be putting out for voltage and hz?

Thanks,

As far as I know your adapter switches from 100V to 240V automatically. I have used my laptop everywhere in Western Europe where the voltage is 230. It has round plugs for which you can easily find a converter. Right now I am in Thailand which uses 220.

I am pretty sure you can use it anywhere. I would not be surprised that all countries in Europe will use 230V since it would be the easiest way to join the EU and avoid adaption costs for products.

Check here for compatibility:

Most likely, you may need a plug adaptor for different plug formats, but the SAGER adaptor will handle most any power from 100 to 250 volts ac single phase, 50 to 60 Hz.
