White Screen When Playing Video

Hi

So yeah its pretty self explanatory. When I play videos it shows a white screen but sound still is heard. This doesnt occur with all videos however. I have K-Lite Codec Pack. I've tried playing video using VLC... still nothing

Anyone know whats going on? Help much appreaciated, Thanks.

i use XP codec pack and ive never once found a video/audio that wouldnt work

unsure if thats the version i use, but same program

Get GSpot (it's free) and drop one of the movies that don't work on it. It will tell you what codec is expected and whether or not the movie file is corrupt. As far as codecs go, I recommend FFDShow as a package.
