**********SOLD**********
Hey all,
This is a longshot I know, but I just got my m15x and would like to sell it. It's a fabulous machine, but I've just decided I'd rather get a Macbook Pro. Unlike those few on eBay that are almost definitely scams, this one is not. I have a feedback rating of nearly 600 on eBay with no negatives under squaresound, and 75+ on heatware with no negatives. Feel free to send me an email using the address on file with either eBay or heatware to verify my identity. You'll see I have a lot of high-dollar transactions on heatware as well that went very smoothly. I also have a verified premier business account at PayPal with around 570 transactions.
As you all probably know, the warranty is not transferable, but hopefully based on the feedback I've presented you, you'll feel confident that I won't leave you hanging if something is to go wrong during the warranty period. I'm fairly new to these forums, but I've been a member of the "other" notebook forum for a few years and have developed a good reputation. I'll be there to assist you with warranty issues if needed.

Anyway, on to the specs:
ntel® Core™ 2 Duo T9300 2.5GHz (Penryn, 6MB Cache 800MHz FSB)
15.4" WideUXGA 1920 x 1200 LCD (1200p)
Alienware® AlienFX® System Lighting
512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800M GTX
2GB Dual Channel DDR2 SO-DIMM at 667MHz – 2 x 1024MB
Windows Vista® Home Premium
200GB 7200RPM (16MB Cache)
8x Dual Layer Burner (DVD±RW, CD-RW)
Internal Intel® Wireless 4965 a/b/g/Draft-N Mini-Card
AlienFX® Illuminated Keyboard
AlienRespawn v2.0 Recovery DVD – Windows Vista® Edition
HDMI to DVI-D Adapter
Additional AC Adapter – 120 Watt Auto-switch AC Adapter
One Year Warranty
Final cost was 3322.83 after tax and shipping. I've only had it since since February 28th. I used it for about three hours over the next couple of days, then ran the Alien Respawn recovery DVD and packed it up for shipping. When you boot it up, it will be as if you're getting a new machine. Obviously, I can't afford to take a huge hit on it, but could probably do $2800 shipped (firm). This will save you over $500 and a month of wait time. The machine is in mint condition and the only issue I had is with the touch buttons. They all work, but you sometimes have to touch them multiple times to get them to activate. I'm told by Alienware that this is a known issue that they're working on. They say it should be fixed in a newer driver revision.
I'm sure I'll be asked about the other issues that others are reporting with M15x notebooks. Like I said, I used it very little, and it's been packed in the original box in preparation for shipment for most of the time I've had it. I did not experience any problems with cracking or overheating, but I didn't overly tax the machine. I did run 3DMark06 several times with no issues though.
Please send any offers or questions via PM so I can answer them as quickly as possible. If you have issues with the price, I would appreciate it if you could send me a PM instead of posting in the thread. I take PayPal and will ship only within the United States to PayPal confirmed addresses. I'll also accept USPS Postal Money orders and will offer a discount if you can pay this way. The only thing I might be looking for in trade is a Macbook Pro + cash. Thanks for looking.

. I'll definitely miss the gaming power, but it's a trade-off I'll have to take.
