dell m1330 questions

hi i am really interested in buying this computer, i was just wondering if this computer can handle games well, also i was wondering how long has this computer been on the market? also does anyone think that a new model will be out soon? thanks for the help

Current games yes at lower-mid settings, It can play WoW @ native res just fine.

However, when playing modern games, the fan has to kick into overdrive and you end up with a VERY loud machine

Been out since what, last summer? I don't think anything new will be out soon.

Well, I think that "very loud" is subjective. What is loud to one person may be totally acceptable to another.

As an owner of an M1330, whenever I play games or watch DVDs, I always have noise-cancelling headphones on (such as the ones included with the laptop). When you have those on, you don't hear anything except the game or movie.

But take them out and you hear your M1330 screaming "Plllleeaseee.. kill me nowww" I just feel sorry "torturing" my M1330 like that...
