Looking for cheap but decent laptop

I need a decent priced low end laptop like a Tecra 8100 or something similar.My sister is looking for one just for email,word processing and internet use. I have checked ebay but they are way too high. I'd like anything with a 400 mhz proc or better and atleast 128 meg of ram. If you have something lying around let me know.Thanks.

why not get the cheapest EEE and buy a 17 inch lcd? would suit her needs, and give her a warranty, and be brand new

just my advice!

Neat idea, but I think his point of getting a laptop is to be mobile. A 7" LCD kind of sucks for that and the keyboard is cramped.
