getting np5792 interferance noise

Last week I received my NP5792. Sound was fine up until I installed ATITool and then ran the 3d box test (I don't know if it was a coincidence or if ATITool actually done something). When I ran that test there was a very loud noise over the external speakers I had plugged in. I stopped it just incase the program was going to damage something somehow. But now it randomly (more common then not) gives me this buzzing/squealing noise out the speakers (internal or external, only more noticeable on external). If I plug my ear bud headphones in I don't get it, but that might just be because they have pretty much no frequency response. It is louder in "High Performance" power setting and is much louder in 3d games. The other day it was making it and I went into Device Manager and it stopped. I tried that again the next day when it was making it and it stopped again. But I tried it this morning and it didn't stop it. And since its been running this afternoon it hasn't made the noise at all. So it is truly random.

I think its connected to the ATITool and what it has put on the computer, but not positive. It is very annoying.
Anyone had this problem and or no of a fix?
Thanks
I also got another problem with the audio with BF2 and mic boost but I'll put that in another thread.

Oh, and it also goes away if I unplug the laptop from the power.
