I recently purchased a Sony TR2A with a dead hard drive. I successfully replaced the drive and reinstalled Windows XP Pro. I have everything working except for the Motion Eye Cam, which displays only Black with rolling static. I found this web page http://www.wherry.com/gadgets/tr2a/ that tells me I need a different driver than the one posted on the Sony Site to get the built in Cam to work properly. I've searched the internet for countless hours with no success.
