New Asus M5 notebooks

There are 4 new Asus notebooks available now in the M5 series. This series of notebooks is unique in that it's the only series of notebooks to have a numeric keypad with a 15.4" screen. You can choose from the M50Sv-A1, M50Sv-B1, M51Sn, and M51Sr. Prices range from $1000-1500 and all except the M51Sr come with Nvidia 9500 GS graphics cards.

Does anyone know how these notebooks compare to the V1S/V1SN, in terms of fit & finish, and overall build quality? It's so hard to pick an Asus notebook these days, theres like 10 15.4" notebooks with roughly the same specifications..

It seems like it's a bit below the V series in build quality and aimed more of a mainstream audience.
