RAM for M5550

Ok, so I'm finally going to upgrade the ram on my M5550. I want to make sure I'm getting the right ones though. I'm looking at this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146517

For those of you who have done this, will this ram work in the M5550? I looked in the owners manual and this looks like the correct stuff, but I wanted to tap the wealth of knowledge that is notebook forums before I purchased it. Thanks Guys!!!

This would work for you. Crucial is a really good brand and there is a lifetime warranty, go for it. It's pretty cheap too.

But, there is faster RAM. Instead of PC4200 look for PC5300 with same specs. That's what I use in my m5550.

Oh, what is about some (Samsung) PC2-5300S RAMs? Should it cause my problem, where I cannot install my GeForce Go 7600 drivers (downloaded from AW website) ? B!G THX 4 some info.

You're asking if Samsung RAM chips can cause problems installing video card drivers?

If the memory chips are good, no, no problems.
