I had replaced a screen in a vaio fs640/w with a screen I had from another fs series. My screen is the kind with 2 backlights and the one being replaced was a eco-brightview lcd and it only had one backlight. So I just replaced the whole screen, lcd cable, and dual backlight inverter. The motherboard is a mbx155 and I have seen that some of the motherboards have different rev. #'s and some have a -2a. Could this be a problem? It seemed to work fine though.
