hi users
this is pankaj,new user
i have a compaq laptop v2374ap bought 2 yrs ago
it has a problem that when ever laptop uses more current it switch 2 battery mode.
i explain:
when battery is full charged it runs normaly on ac adapter.
If i now try 2 now runs on battery there is also no problem. this way battery discharges. So when i plug ac adapter, laptop draws more current 1 for charging battery and 2 for running laptop online. at this point laptop automatically switches to n fro 2 battery mode n ac mode. hence unable 2 charge the battery,
I overcome this problem by charging the battery when laptop is off.and when it gets fully charged then power on laptop.
i thing it is like our home MCB which automatically trips when more load is applied and runs normally when excess load is removed.
this thing also happen when suddenly i run cpu hungry process or during heavy hardisk load.
the laptop runs fine otherwise no decrease in performance.
plz help me what is exact problem
what is the solution.
