Hey guys, I guess this is the best place to post this...
I have a Linksys WRT330N, and for the most part its a pretty good router and has been very stable. But I experience some pretty consistent lag when gaming that goes away when I plug my console or laptop straight into my modem. Testing shows I'm getting close to 8mg downstream off router, but only around 5mg downstream through the router. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this slow down so that I don't have to pull the router out of the loop when I'm doing a few hours of gaming.
Any suggestions on the best settings to avoid this lag, or anyone know a forum that may be better suited for my question?
I'm running my laptop, PS3, and 360 through the router, and all suffer the same noticeable lag when gaming.
