I found a couple, however they cost around 400+. Does that sound about right?

Has anyone peeled that film off the top of the the m1710? Nothing should happen if I leave it on there correct (really sticky in a few months/years - like tape for instance)?

XPS vs regular tech support

Are there any differences (friend wants to know)?

Thinking of selling my 9300...

I am thinking of selling my 9300 to make up some of the cost for the XPS. How much does everyone think I can sell it for? (specs are below)

About $750-1100

Short reply YES...

Night and Day difference IMO

Both suck IMO. Waiting time on chatline is horrible.

Gold support is the bomb. -- waiting time usually is few minutes.

yea at least 600.

nonya who did you kill for that $400 1730?
I owuld just take it off, if you leave it on you cannot appreciate the true appearance of the laptop. And if you are not to clumsy it should be fine, my 9400 has a carbon fibre cover on the lid and its in perfect condition after over 2 years of use.

its the difference between talking to some Indians trying to speak some kind of english or talking to an English speaking (normal person)
Yeah I too think its a night and day differnce

I always left it on for a month or so then took it off, kind of just to brag so everyone knows its new. The tape really doesnt prevent scratching and in my opinion it is hard to scratch the top. I only have scratched once and that was my fualt....

Yes I would check eBay though...

Could be possible. Just sold my E1705 for a lot less than that amount... so I'll say $750 is the max you can hope for.

I sold my 9400 for $800, with a 7800Go. Although it's got the 7800GTX, the 9300 is a generation older so I agree you could probably get from $600-800, depending on the buyer.

xps support is way way better! when calling on the phone, my average wait is prolly 1 or 2 minutes. very rarely any more than that. plus the added benifit of speaking with "jason" and not "kuhmaralandadontknowhowtosaythisname" i'm not trying to be racist or anything, but i need to speak with somone who i understand when i'm having a problem. i dont need to make the problem worse.

Wow, you got more than I do with your 9400 (my E1705 has got a 7900 gs & 4 year At-Home & CC Warranty).. Yeah, $600-$800 is possible but definitely not from this forum!
