XPS M1710 Notebook Rattling Sound

I have a dell xps m1710, and it keeps making this weird constant rattling noise. It's not too loud, but loud enough to be annoying in a quiet room. I know for a fact its not the fans, as it makes that noise even when the fans are not running. I opened up the laptop, and air dusted them and to my surprise, they weren't even that dirty. The noise seems to be coming out near the graphics card area. From my assumption, the 7900GTX card does not have a fan attached to it. What could this noise be? I have the next business day in house support on it, but do not want to call if its just something stupid. I had them out twice in the past 3 months to fix a broken dvd drive and loose screen hingest already

Hard Drive? Swap in another drive to confirm...

This is Richard from the Dell Online Community Outreach group. It may be that the two screws that hold the fan in place are not in tightly.
