I have two sticks of Transcend 4gb SO-DIMM DDR 2 667 CL5 memory for laptop. I have had it in my Dell xps m1530 for 3 months. The memories come with Transcend lifetime warranty

I also have 4 sticks of 512mb DDR2 memories. All are OEM memories from Dell laptops. $10 shipped for each stick. $35 shipped for all four.

Hes right, even if 4GB modules do exist they wouldnt be $70 for the pair, more like $700
