GPU fan not working

Hi,

I have just replaced my gpu fan, thinking that the original was fried, and it still does not go on. I've used get thermal to try to put it to maximum but it doesn't move.
Does anyone have any idea where the fault may be?

A faulty power connection? Maybe a loose wire? Did you inspect the area carefully?
