Good way to erase Dell crapware on new M1530?

Hi guys,

I just ordered an M1530, just waiting for it to arrive. Does anyone know a good way to erase all Dell's factory included crap and clean up my HD and registry to remove the remnants of these programs? I've used Crap Cleaner in XP, is there anything similar for Vista?

Thanks!

My advise would be to reinstall the OS the second you turn it on.......then start putting your personal info/apps on........a clean slate,so to speak

off all the brand of notebooks i have seen dell is the one with the least crap on it. what you could do is removig all the tools with the software manager. what you should do is just reinstall the notebook and install your own programmes.

I formatted my XPS M1330 as soon as i got it, but i was surprised because there wasnt that much dell crap on it. I formatted mostly to get rid of all the different partitions (I don't use media direct)
