Gateway laptop 7320

Been having problem with the computer shutting down after it is on for a short time, usually less than 30 min and takes some time to get it back up and running. any ideas as to the problem? Also I Have not figured how to get into the unit if the fan needs replaced for example. Any one know of a site that may give a step by step guide to taking a lap top apart?

search the forum for m6805 or 7422 modles ... u can use these info to take ur comp apart to clean and applying new thermal paste

Since you laptop uses a desktop Pentium 4 CPU it more prone to overheating so a new dose of thermal paste and the fans being cleaned should help a lot.
