I am planning to get either the
Gateway® P-172X FX Edition or the
Gateway® P-172S FX Edition
I am leaning toward the 172X because of the CPU which is 2.4GHz.
But the native resolution is 1920x1200 and I am not only playing first person shooters but also mmo's. Since most mmo's don't handle that high of a resolution I fear of having short fat characters in an mmo..... so that is why I am also going for the cheaper 172S. So will l I get short fat characters if I get the P-172X?
Also I was wondering if its possible in the future when I do get my laptop that I could upgrade and put in a 9 series Intel Processor?
Oh and my budget is only around $2,000 so thats why i am not getting the XL FX if pplz asks.
