I bet it wont be till day 21 till they are like ok somethings wrong, we were missing this information all along and etc. If you still have your system that maybe the cause of the delay. I believe Dell Protocol requires you to send your laptop to their depot first, before they can issue a system exchange/replacement. Thats what happened to me, I ended up going through several reps and supervisors before they determined the problem.
