Try the 169.xx or 174.xx. To avoid issues with your software OC (I'm assuming), you probably want to try out 169.04

You're looking at ancient drivers then (pre-1xx.xx). No newer (1xx.xx) drivers have the old ("Classic") NVIDIA Control Panel, and they don't support temperature monitoring or overclocking within the Control Panel, without using nTune.

Unless you download and use NVIDIA nTune, you won't get any overclocking options within the NVIDIA Control Panel. You can also use RivaTuner or ATiTools, ya know.

You can still get the old features with newer drivers. If you need any help then just ask. You just need two registry files: one to enable the old nvidia panel and one for coolbits.

As a side note, the taskbar menu with newer drivers more than suffice for me. You can use something like ATITool to OC on startup and if you really want to OC on startup everytime then I'm always a fan for the permanent GPU BIOS modification.

The "Classic" (old) NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't even exist in 15x.xx drivers and newer. If KSMB wants to use older drivers (9x.xx) then sure, it's still a readily available option, but not in any newer driver, and certainly not 169.04, which is what you suggested he use, and I would pretty much back up that recommendation for a "safe" bet.
