Amilo D7850 won't power up

Help. My trusty D7850 powered down mid email the other day and now won't power up again. The AC power supply is working ok with about 19V at the DC connector, however, no leds light up on the laptop when it is plugged in.

My guess is that the internal power supply has failed.

Is this a known problem and has anyone else experienced this? Can the internal PSU by replaced or is it integral to the motherboard?

. u r sure that the ac adapter still functioning?
. wiggling the jack, making any differences?
. static - remove batt and ac, hold down power button for 30-40 sec. Try again
