7426GX Gateway not booting

Help! My 7426GX goes to a green gateway screen with F2 and F10 signs and stops there. HD is good and I replaced the bios battery with a new one (CR1220). Any ideas? Motherboard bad? Thanks for any help!!

u might want to verfiy ur ram (reseat them, memtest) and hard drive again

Sometimes a bad component can do that. Try to get into the BIOS with the bare minumum: remove the hard drive, DVD drive, wifi card, and one stick of RAM. If that doesn't help, replace the first stick of RAM you removed and remove the second stick.
