extensa 5220 - how to remove the hard disk?

I've got this notebook with an 80 gb hard disk but need to replace it with a 120gb & despite trawling the acer support site & the internet I can't find a guide on how to remove the hard disk.

I've managed to remove the base cover with 7 screws & can see the ram; fan; hard disk etc but can't see just how to get the hard disk out?
pls can anyone help me as I'm supposed to have this done by tonight

thanks in advance

qhn, thnx for your help & that's exactly what was holding the drive in place but I didn't realise it until I read ur post!

i'm embarrased that I didn't look more closely. but i'm always frightened of damaging things when i take them apart.

thanks again
