can anyone tell me the maximum RAM can be upgraded in Sony Vaio CR11??
i'm planning to upgrade my Vaio to 3GB.is it possible??

You can install 4gbs (2 x 2gb sticks), but 32-bit Vista will only use about 3.2gbs. There are 2 RAM slots, so you could put a 1gb stick in one and a 2gb in the other. Stick with PC5300/667MHz and she'll run like a champ!
