Inspiron 5160 doesn't turn on...HELP!!!

my inspiron 5160 doesn't turn on i tried to turn it on with the AC adapter and the batter. I also tired to turn it on using both at the same time there is nothing i mean not even a flash of light. it was working fine 5 hours ago and all of a sudden it just stopped...anyone please help me my warranty just expired in February.

. remove batt, remove ac
. hold down the power button for 30 secs
. retry, and hope that just some static preventing it from start

no beep, no led ... static removal approach did not work ... well, i personally would take the machine apart, clean up and probably replace the cmos battery

If you aren't getting any LEDs or beeps out of the machine. Odds are the motherboard is toast. Don't know what exactly happened, but odds are the motherboard will be the source of the issue.

Do you know if the ac adapter is working for sure or not. If it's not working and the battery died then you would get nothing. You can also play with the power jack (twist it left or right) and see if any indicator lights come on that may suggest that the jack on the laptop is faulty.
