Amilo M1437G problem

Hello,
I have a problem with my fs amilo m1437g.Yesterday the laptop stoped and not respond for a while.When I turn on the laptop the following message was shown on the screen : CMOS Setting Wrog, CMOS Date/Time Not Set,Press F2 to run Setup.I tried to enter the bios and boot menu but it wasnt working.I tied to reset bios defaults by geting out the battery and it wasnt helpfull.Im looking forward for Your response.

. laptop battery or CMOS battery?
. if CMOS battery, why did u just replace it?
