I'd steer towards the 1500, I dont personally like the look of the new 1510 but the slot load rom is kewl, the graphics on the 1520 and 1510 are a bit on the underpowered side but since your getting it with xp it should work out great no matter which one you get. Plus im a bit bias anyway check the sig.

Oh and btw, grats on the new laptop
