Lenovo 3000 N100 CPU upgrade - Where is the CPU?

I have been doing some research on a CPU upgrade.

Current system:
1.6ghz Celeron
Intel 945 chipset

Latest BIOS shows support for core duo 1.86ghz

So I was going to try to do an upgrade.

How do I access the CPU in the notebook?

May I recommend a different approach to upgrade?

IMHO, the cheap materials and low quality of laptops manufactured today are not worth the time and money invested in an upgrade (except for inexpensive memory upgrade). Sell your used one on eBay and use it to buy a new one. Otherwise, you may find yourself with a brand new CPU and non-functioning keyboard or defective LCD screen...
