windows media invader skin

Hey
I downloaded the invader skin for windows media player. However, whenever I start up windows media player it starts in the generic form. I always have to redownload the skin. How can I make the skin permanent so whenever I start the windows media player application it opens up in the invader skin?

Make sure that you are in "skin-mode" when you exit windows media player. And choose the an AW skin as your default skin.

It's automatic. When you exit Windows Media Player, make sure you exit while in skin-mode.

I have never been able to get the skins to work for media player it always gives me an error....so ur not alone...i have read that some skins are not compatible with the newer versions of media player...

They all worked for me, even on Vista. So, I'm not sure what the problem could be.
