What are the best prices / coupons / times of the year / sales that you have seen to buy the Dell 30" 3007 WFP LCD?

I'd like to buy one so I need to plan and wait for the appropriate time.

Anyone with experience and history around purchasing this particular LCD or other LCDs on discount / sale from Dell please shed some light.
