i6000 - Cannot See or Connect to any Wireless Networks

Thread Starter
I am using a Dell Inspiron 6000 with Windows Vista SP1 and am having trouble connecting to a wireless network because the computer cannot see any networks. I know the network is working fine because other computers are connected to the network, and it works when I am connected with an ethernet cable. When I disconnect the wire, however, the computer does not detect any wireless networks. I have tried resetting the network adapter, but that didn't help.

My network adapter is the Intel Pro/Wireless 2915ABG (driver 9.1.1.15). I am not sure if I have the latest driver version because Dell does not list Vista drivers for the i6000 - only XP drivers.

Also, the wireless card is enabled (Fn+F2). I used to be able to connect to wireless networks without a problem...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time!

BTW, I already downloaded and installed the Intel PRO Wireless 2915ABG Vista Driver (9.1.1.15):

I've been using Vista for over a year, and haven't had problems with the wireless internet. I did upgrade to SP1 a while ago, but don't remember any problems following the upgrade. I could be mistaken tho. The Device Manager shows no yellow/red arrows next to the wireless adapter and it says that the device is working properly.
