well the P6T decided to give me problems with the memory slots and 1/3 of the memory not show up.

Tried new memory, swapping positions etc

Could never get the 12 Gb to show up.

So RMA is in process and installed a Gigabyte EX58-UD5 Motherboard now.

Works great and love the fact it comes with 10 Sata ports

Hey Dave - I had exactly the same problem with my original ASUS p6T board (Deluxe, Version 1). After two days, one memory slot seemed to disappear. I still need to RMA it, but will probably just keep it as is and use for World Community Grid / Crunching.

Good Luck with the Gigabyte board - I have an AMD Giga board, and it's been fantastic.

it's been 5 days and ASUS still has not replied to my RMA request.

I got the RMA they didn't send an email, tey simpy responded to the online submission.

Off it goes monday
