Best VPN service ????

Wut's a good vpn service for torrent downloader from US? There is only two I know of SecureIX and relakks. The first one charges 9.95 a month and the other one 5 euro. Can you guys give me recommendation which is one is better or better alternatives?

Relakks is crap. It's slow and always disconnected me after about an hour.

Never tried SecureIX, but it seems they're looking for a buyer and won't accept new signups. That's a bad sign.
