I bought a U810 and the cheap plastic cover for the usb port keeps popping out. i asked fujitsu if I could order a part and they told me its not a user replaceable part. WTF?? it pops out , its not something fixed to the pc. told me it would be 150+ to replace the 25 cent piece.

other than the bbb complaint I am going to file for this bs. anyone have any connections so i can get a spare or two?

try the fujitsu forums. i was looking at a tablet while back and there were some people mentioning they were talking to reps regarding their dysfunctional computers...just a thought?
