Well that is how I tested it. I put his lcd on my 9300.
It worked fine on mine. I put a new video card in his at the very beginning so it is not that?

What did the Event Viewer logs say? Anything?

Well all I could do is give it back to him with the drivers removed, Well he only uses for business applications but I am sure its going slower than it should be.
